These are things N.A.I.L. members built this year. Not concepts. Working products, running on real data, used by real people.
Market Forecasts
Every trading day since 2013, this tool reads every option on the S&P 500, rebuilds the market's forecast for the year ahead, and grades that forecast against what actually happened.
Storm Response Engine
It maps every roof in a storm's path, then pulls up who owns it, what the home is worth, and how old the shingles are. By sunrise the roofing crew has a route of the houses that need fixing first.
Fire Rescue Robot
Give it a task in plain language. It plans the steps, drives the route, and finishes the job.
Ranch Intelligence
On a working ranch, trail camera photos and public parcel records became a living map. Every tree, every drainage, every animal, named and timed, down to where the elk will be at dusk.
You do not need a computer science degree to do this. Our builders are finance, marketing, accounting, and BIS majors who learned by doing. Anyone can put AI on a resume. We would rather you point at something real and explain how you made it.
Then our members built one more thing, and not for a client. Navi is Neeley's AI Virtual Instructor. It will not hand you answers. It asks you questions until you understand, and it teaches you how everything above was made.
