Neeley’s AI instructor. Socratic chat, adaptive quizzes, case sparring, prompt grading and interview practice, free for members.
Storm Lead Engine
Uses NOAA radar hail estimates to find roofs that took enough hail to warrant an inspection, then scores each property and ranks the contractors nearby.
Thesis to Target
Pulls company records from licenses, registries and directories, merges the duplicates, and estimates the chance each company’s EBITDA lands in a buyer’s range.
Camera Trap Pipeline
Filters out empty trail camera photos, identifies the animals in the rest, groups photos from the same visit and flags faulty cameras.
Options Density Lab
Recovers the market implied probability distribution of future prices from option quotes, with every step checked against known distributions.
LiDAR Terrain Lab
Separates ground from vegetation in LiDAR data, builds terrain and canopy height models, and traces where water drains.
Run Good
A Texas Hold’em companion for live home games. Phones read the hole cards and the board, then the app reports who ran hottest and coldest that night.
Vex Robotics
Code for a VEX V5 competition robot, written in C++. Sensors, motors and decisions that happen off the laptop.
